The simulation and emulation of VoIP based on NS-2

This paper presents a new VoIP system based on AMR algorithm,which can adaptively choose a best transfer mode to transmit voice according to the quality of network channel.In the NS-2 platform,by comparing with the traditional VoIP system,the proposed new VoIP system is founded to be better on QoS.
