Establishment of Virtual Testing Center on the Basis of Provincial Collaboratively Shared Platform of Large Scientific Instruments

In this paper,the necessity of concentrated allocation of resources of large scientific instruments and equipments is analyzed.Combined with the collaboratively shared network service platform of large scientific instruments and equipments in Yunnan Province,a comparative study on the concentrated allocation and establishment of virtual testing center is conducted.Some advantages are presented,and a specific and feasible setting up plan is recommended.
