In this paper,based on the discussion of mesh of a point battle on some face a sufficient condition is obtained,for perallelogram mesh is the only sure point battle;and fundamental mesh is unif squire mesh whose border parallel to axis.We have also shown two charactors of whole point by using these characton,we have solusioned a sort of problem about parallelogram.Whose border is voctors p,q and area is the function abs(ad-bc)=1.\;
