The electric circuit of the measurement meter interface resistance by the potential difference was introduced. It gathered the related empirical datum under the different experimental condition. Through the computation measurement result and the uncertainty,it had proven the feasibility and superiority of the measurement meter interface resistance by the potential difference from the different angle analysis.
