The key elements of decision making and its application on first due commander in fire fighting

Decision making is the core of fire fighting.The quality of the fire commander's decision making lead to fail or success in fire fighting.This thesis combines the theory and practice of fire fighting,and analyses the key elements that determine the success of fire fighting.Then the thesis takes an example to explain how the fire commander use the key elements in fire fighting.That will direct the fire commander to make excellent decision in fire fighting.
