Roxin`s objective imputation theory is meaningful to penal law jurisprudence on three aspects as following:it deepens substantial theory of constitution of crime,it covers defects of causal relationship theory of prevailing doctrine,and it systemizes acquitting factors relating to act of constitution of crime.
