Multi-objective Decision Analysis of Diversion Standards Based on Entropy

Through analysis of the objective indexes of the schemes of construction diversion standards,this paper combines the entropy weight with the decision maker's subjective weight to decide the synthetic weight. By means of multi-objective decision-making theory,a multi-objective fuzzy optimization model of construction diversion standards is established. This model systematically considers the objective factors of the decision schemes and the subjective factors of the decision-makers. A case study of the construction diversion standards of Jinping First-Stage Hydropower Station shows that the method and the decision model are effective, and are of great aid to solve the relation problem between construction strength,investment and the risk of diversion works.
