System of real-time detecting for ink-jeted code on IC card

A system of real-time detecting for ink-jeted code on IC card is presented. The principle of the system, detecting processing, the segmentation algorithm of touch characters and recognition method are introduced. Adaptive Floating Mask is presented to recognize the characters on IC cards. The recognition result is compared two times with originally code. The system realize real-time detecting of IC card. Experiment shows the processing speed is 3 cards per second, the recognition rate is 99.9%.
