A Study on the Double-carriage Program of the Wide-format Digital Inkjet Printer

The moving carriage is one of the most important parts of the wide-format digital inkjet printers,which are typical electro-mechanical integration equipments.The Double-carriage controlling mechanism was designed to improve the printing speed.With the motion equations and parameters based on the actual production,the time taken by the double-carriage to move in a single cycle could be calculated.Compared with the common machines,the advantage in improving the speed and increasing the production efficiency could be seen obviously.The design also has great actual effectiveness.
