Study on strategyies with response to infectious diseases threats after natural disasters at ports

Objective To investigate the impact of natural disasters on the epidemics of infectious diseases and the risk for the transmission at ports,and to put forward the specific prevention and control measures.Methods The influence of common natural disasters on epidemics of infectious disease and on the spreading risk for the frontier was analyzed,and the targeted prevention and control measures for the inspection and quarantine department was provided.Results The inspection and quarantine department should establish and perfect the frontier port infectious disease monitoring system,construct the early-warning mechanism,strengthen the professionally personal training, track the quarantine new technology development so as to adapt to the complex epidemic situation.Conclusion Perfectly comprehensive prevention and control system helps the frontier effectively deal with infectious disease threats after natural disasters.
