Forced by the common phenomenon of fraudulent papers,sci-tech journal editors have to pay a lot of attention to guard against the publication of fraudulent or willful misconduct.The author occasionally finds a ghost-written contribution by a writer because of the author's mobile phone number does not belong to the district of his institution. Then the characteristics of basic information of articles of such kind are summarized,with the hope that it would be helpful for sci-tech journal editors. Finally,the author appeals that journal editors step up their vigilance against fraudulent papers,and bear well their responsibility as a gatekeeper of academic publication.
