Neural network expert system and its knowledge discovery

Nowadays knowledge discovery is a popular research field in data base and machine learning. This paper researches how to merge knowledge discovery in neural network expert system and puts forward a framework. Meanwhile the paper discusses the key techniques in this kind of system.
