According to the EAI requirements of Golden Shield Project-Second Phase in Henan Province, this architecture of municipal level PIS integration is analyed and designed. It uses a three layered open source structure to efficiently cut down the cost of development and deployment; in system design, Ajax is used in single sign-on, and an account tree memory object is used to enhance the security and efficiency of authentication. In search subsystem, dynamic keyword library is used in segmentation for Lucene/Nutch functionality, account data are encrypted in DES MD5 method, and for all sensitive operations, Log4J are used for history retrieval. This architectural design ensures a low-cost yet secure, stable, robust and extensible PIS. One implementation of this blueprint has been successfully deployed in Nanyang city, several others are under their way.
