The inversion system for leaf area index of forest based on IDL and VC

Using the multi-angle data CHRIS and the IDL computer language,the system framework was built by the technology of controls and class,and the manager of model object was designed to organize the model objects,the data was processed by corresponding technology.LAI(Leaf Area Index) was inversed with physical model and empirical model,then the three-dimension scene of forest was displayed.The result shows that it is a feasible technology scheme to process multi-angle data with IDL,to inverse and display the leaf area index of forest.
