Web-Based Water Scheduling System Research and Implementation

Combination of information technology development of water resources in Ningxia, aiming at the scheduling of water problems of the Yellow River,using the information management methods and water scheduling analysis theory,the simulation system platform which meet Ningxia water scheduling was built,course of system modeling and the idea of system development were expatiated,a new CBR model of scheduling ideas and this development implementation mechanism were explored. Using the advanced information processing means,the information-based mode of water scheduling was achieved in Yellow River irrigation of Ningxia section,water scheduling module has visualized convenient and fast. At the same time,the level of management of science and technology of water resources was improved,technical support for high utilization efficiency of water resources was also improved.
