If,in the bank,all data can be concentrated,the abundant data resources will surely provide favorable conditions for the scientific and systematic management of customer relationships.In this paper,data warehouse technique is used for the management of customer′s personal information.This is a valuable try for the further development of E-commerce in the bank.
