In recent years,digital watermarking has been widely used in copyright protection for digital product.People can embed watermarks into digital product to validate the ownership.This paper proposes a novel digital watermark embedding algorithm for still images.A gray-level image contains rich detail is used as a watermark and embedded through singular value decomposition and bit-plane decomposition.Better robustness of the proposed algorithm is demonstrated by experiments
