Invertibility of Nonnegatively Hamiltonian Operators

The invertibility and the existence problems on bounded inverse of nonnegatively Hamiltonian operator H=(?)are studied and sufficient conditions for nonnega- tively Hamiltonian operator H exists bounded inverse and points in imaginary axis are all regular point of H are given.
