Design for Performance Evaluation System of Science and Technology Plan Projects Based on Data Mining

In view of performance evaluation system of science and technology plan projects had existed problems,a kind of design method is proposed for performance evaluation system of science and technology plan projects based on data mining,and the system's overall framework chart and the functional design frame chart and their design thought are given.The ETL and performance evaluation model of this system are discussed.The method is used to evaluate one city of science and technology of a project performance evaluation,the results show that the method is the use of effect.
