Technical innovation of carder structure and its development outlook

Development of carding technique provides guaranty for high productivity and fine quality of carding machine.The recent innovation in improving carding capacity is to increase the carding working area ratio and the carding area.In this paper are introduced some new type of carding machines developed by some international carding machine manufacturers with the relation between new structure of carding machine and carding capacity analyzed and new development and innovation of carder structure outlooked.
