This thesis analyses the characteristics and the components of the market and Internet environment, and then puts forward the structure of multi-agent making match tradeoff system, discusses the opening and the trade mechanism of the system based on multi-agents who cooperates with each other to optimize the trades and to increases the efficiency of the bargaining in E-business.
