Content-based Universal Video Retrieval System Framework Design

This article designs a universal video retrieval system framework supporting all ways of content-based video retrieval and presents solutions for key problems of designing the universal system framework.They include components design for content-based video analysis and retrieval,content index presentation conforming to MPEG7 standard,Web service architecture and technologies.This framework has advantages of distribution,inter-population,openness and expansibility.
