Study About Chinese Base Noun Identification

Based on concept primitive symbol of HNC,this paper analyzed the character of a new base noun combines Chinese characters or words,sumed up the rules of processing the new base noun.Based on BNF and production rule,it formalized the processing rules for a new base noun and the rules by computer program.
