Consideration of the intelligent constructions reality,the taken measures of lightnig protection and Grounding system are analysed in detail in the paper.At the same time the paper illustrates that intelligent construction should not only establish anti-radar and earth system of ordinary building but also establish direct current earth of electronic installation,alternating current working earth and protective earth,All kinds of earthing measures and technical methods are porposed for intelligent construction in the last.
