Discussion about the experiments of speciality observation and use of body-effect sogicon

How to explain the negative-resistance effect qualitatively by use of energy-band structures, and how to illustrate the theory of the surge with the description of the growth and movement of the dipolar domain when writing the experiment principle are discussed. It presents a teaching project including five contents, and explains the benefit and feasibility of offering this experiment through teaching effects.
