The speed-raising transformation of dryer section in 3150 newsprint paper machine

The main problems of the home-made 3150 newsprint paper machine when the speed of the drier section increases from 550m/min to 700m/min are 1) uneven moisture CD profile with more than 40% fluctuation and 2) the paper machine trips off when the drive load increases. The main items of transformation are balancing of rotating parts, increasing assembly the accuracy of driven gearbox and enhancing prompt dis-charge of condensate inside dryers.
