ON INFORMATION QUALITY OF THE OFFICE SECERTARY IN INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER LEARNING

Information quality is information accomplishment that an individual social member should have in the information society. It also means a part of the person’s whole quality and one of the basic abilities required in the information society. Information quality mainly includes such components as information consciousness, information ability and information morality. In order to improve the working efficiency and quality to give service to the leaders, the office secretaries of the institutions of higher learning living in the information age must strengthen the education in information quality, raise their awareness of information, improve their information ability and make their information morality superior.
