A digital camera digitization image rectification and mosaic algorithm based on grids

With the continuing popularity of digital cameras and the speeding up of digital library management,it is becoming a trend to digitizing documents with digital camera.However,when using digital cameras for digitalization,image rectification and mosaic will become a big problem.For the rectification of this geometric distortion,this paper puts forward an image mosaic method based on grids.At first,the geometry distortion of the picture is corrected through calculating the deformation parameter of each grid.Then the mosaic is finished on the grid one by one.The experiment shows that this algorithm can concatenate a large amount of documents at one time,and has the advantage of fast calculation and high precision,which can offer certain technical support for files digitization by digital camera.
