Research on Detent Force of Permanent Magnet Linear Synchronous Motor with Moving Magnets

The paper analyzed the basic principle of the detent force of the permanent magnet linear synchronous motor with moving magnets for the detent force decision of the force.With the analytical method of the cogging force of the permanent magnet rotary synchronous motor,the end-effect force of the permanent magnet linear synchronous motor with moving magnets was analyzed and the calculation method was acquired,and then analyzed the cogging force of the motor,acquired the maximum value expression also.Finally,constructed the permanent magnet linear synchronous motor with moving magnets,the detent force of the motor was simulated and gained the conclusion that the motor end-effect force with moving magnets is minimal.
