Matching method based on Harris operator and wavelet pyramid

A matching method for remote sensing images based on Harris operator and wavelet pyramid is proposed.After the multi-resolution remote sensing images have been pre-processed,Harris operator is employed as a corner detector for extracting feature points.Subsequently,image-pyramids are constructed by wavelet transform,and then performed matching to images is performed.The experiment in matching Hangzhou TM and SPOT images demonstrates an exactness and speediness result.
