On the Network Crime and Its Prevention

Based on the research on the present situation of the computer network in China and the network crime and adopting the theory of computer information safety and the law theory,the present analyses the representation,features and rules.According to the backward state of the network legislation and criminal investigation technology,we put forward countermeasures and methods of preventing network crime from the perspectives of the quality education,network legislation and criminal investigation technology.
