Sentence transformation and sentence pattern transformation are different in that the former covers a wider range and the latter comprises some basicelements of the former. Drawing a clear distinction between them can help us have a through comprehension of the traitsand formation rules of Chinese sentences and will be of much significance to the teaching and study of the Chinese language.
