A Reflection on Improving the Efficiency of Investment in Informational Education——Based on Friedman's Education Voucher System

Informational Education will become an important breakthrough in education reform nowadays. However, there are still many disadvantages in the investment in Informational Education in our country, such as a serious lack of inputs, low-level duplicate construction, the Government Department for Education’s inefficient management, the development of personality in schools cannot met and so on, which constrained the development of Informational Education. As a system adapted to market economy, education vouchers provide a new perspective in improving the efficiency of investment in Informational Education. Based on such consideration, the authors want to explore the possibility of education volume applied in Informational Education and the Measures to improving the efficiency of investment in Informational Education.
