Discusson on Data Collection and Application of Urban Underground Draibage Pipes Information System for Safety Prediction

For constructing the urban underground drainage pipes information management and its safety prediction system based on GIS, the information and metadata collecting techniques were discussed and the system application was described in the thesis. And the urban underground drained pipes safety evaluating rules building, the importance and value of the system based on GIS constructing had also been described.
