Logistic Fitting on Immunoassay Data Processing

Four and five parameters logistic function used in immunoassay were studied.The fitting program based on VC++ language was developed.The fitting goodness,the iterative times and the fitting curves for the experiment data were well.For testing the stability of the program,one of the data was changed,and then the new data were fitted again using the programs.It was found that the fitting results were still well if the test datum changed not large than 10%.And when the test data changed more than 30%,the fitting curve deviated the data badly.It was shown that the four and five para-meters logistic fitting program works well for immunoassay.
