Application of bitmap in memory management of embedded system

Memory managementin embedded system requires high stability and determinacy. Traditional memory management maintains the free memory with link lists. The time for allocating and freeing memory is linear with length of link lists, lacking of determinacy. With bitmap, it will take constant time to allocate and free memory, greatly improving the determinacy and stability of memory management.
