Evaluation of training effect for radar troops under the complex electromagnetic environment is a vital way to test the training level of the troops,and an important base of guiding the training reform as well.Based on the key issues that should be grasped during the training under this environment,the evaluation index system of training was set up.By applying fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP),a comprehensive evaluation method of radar troops training effect was given.By testing an actual example it shows that the method is feasible.
