Yonglai(用来) is a potential passive sign(PPS), so there is passive concept in Yonglai(用来)construction. First, the thesis study the character and historical source of Yonglai(用来) construction. Second,this thesis analyze the motivation of Yonglai(用来) construction from angle of view, connection, event and agent.Third, there are contrast between the construction and other signs about how to represent passive concept.
