How to complete the acceptance for the semiconductor equipments of locomotive af ter its examine and repair by means of applying modern test method and compu ter art to realize the new way of separating acceptance from service is discusse d. It is realized the automatic test, fault diagnosis and information management by means of simulation technology based on expert system. An integrated databas e for the electric parameter, fault infor mation, test data of the semiconductor equipments is established and the valuabl e standard database provides the foundation for the state service of railway in our country.
