GeoRSS is a computer s tan dard that attaches geographic coordinates to photos,text,and other digital information,is an emerging technique.Already industry giants such as Yahoo、Microsoft and Google have expressed the supporting for GeoRSS feed.This paper highlighted the model,core concepts,and encodings of GeoRSS,in order to provide a use for reference while others studying and appling GeoRSS technique.
