Shortages of using ubiquitous wireless networks to build earthquake real-time data remote transferring and sharing applications platform are analyzed, and it isn't suitable to compress earthquake real-time data when it uses STEIM1 and STEIM2 compression algo-rithms for huge undulation and high frequency data. One brand-new compression and retransfer algorithm named distributing extent of three direction data(DETDD) is proposed,it's suitable to reduce traffic flow and enhance control of application layer, decrease to delay and delayjitter, clearly advance to the platform's run-rate,so make the platform become effective availability.
