Thinking on Enhancing the Management Level of the Oil Marketing Companies by Informatization Construction

Enterprise information is the important means to enhance the level of management,also a daunting and complex systems engineering.Based on elaboration of promoting management level for informatization construction,taking CNPC A Sales Company,this paper made specific analysis of the status of the informatization construction of oil sales company in China,and the problems,such as low integration level of system construction,lack of decision-making applications,lack of new technology and the imbalanced infrastructure construction as well as their reasons,and then proposed recommendations to strengthening the informatization construction to improve the management level.
