The Thinking of Mass Contingency Events caused by Fund-raising Fraud

Currently,the fund-raising fraud occurred frequently,and there occurs new features,showing a huge number of fund-raising and the victims' areas is more widely.As fund-raising fraud cases and the special close relationship between social stability,investigation and prosecution of such cases is slightly to cause fluctuations in social stability.This article analyzes the social problems caused by fund-raising fraud,and discusses the countermeasures of investigation and prevention.
