Load Balance Approach to Save Power on Cloud Datacenter

In order to improve the power usage utilization of datacenter of using virtualization technology,according to the consumption character of DVFS (dynamic voltage and frequency scaling),this paper firstly proves that datacenter will consume lowest power at the case all CPU frequencies are the same.Based on the conclusion,it proposes the load balance scheme in datacenters.Finally,it simulates this model in CloudSim.Experimental results show that the model can optimize the power consumption of datacenter.
