In this paper,aim at the character of military system,Integrated Electronic Information System and operational effectiveness evaluation,from the angle of complex science,under the instruction of complex adaptive theory,use multiagent based simulation method,presented a multiagent based integrated electronic information system operational effectiveness(evaluation) model.Acquired the relative evaluation data of the operational effectiveness of Integrated Electronic Information System after the simulation of this model.
