User's needs should be taken into consideration when it comes to interactive design so that they might like it.It is of vital importance to make clear a project's position,find the target users and have a understanding of their habitual behaviors.By doing user research and studying operational characteristics of the user's tasks,perceptual characteristics and characteristics of cognitive psychology,we should make sure that interactive design should be oriented toward the users' actual demand so as to make our design more in line with the user's habits,experience and expectations.
