Research on Image Encryption Algorithm Based on Arnold Transformation and Chaos Theory

Considering strong correlation between the chaotic characteristics of mapping and adjacent pixels of the image,the image encryption algorithm is introduced based on Arnold transformation and chaos theory.The detailed procedure is as follows:firstly,the image is scrambled by using Arnold transformation.Secondly,the pixels of image are encrypted scramble by using Tent mapping.The experimental results show that the algorithm is simple,convenient,robust and secure.
