Design about Using Background Database to Manage the Right of Application

Some problems about the right management during developing application are stated, with a new method about using background database to manage application proposed. The paper expatiates design thought of the new method and draws related map of entity-relationship. Some sheets about putting up the right management are designed, turning the method of application into practicality.
