Studying for Customer's Behavior Model in WAP Service

With the development of value added service,more and more customers use it.We need a Customer's behavior model so that we can construct and maintain more effective.The traditional model can not describe the new customer behavior correctly.In order to resolve this problem,this thesis gathered and analysed the data from the WAP systems running in CDMA 1X network.We work out the customer's behavior model finally.
