Analysis of the disadvantages of online expert evaluation system

Targeting at the main problems in the operation of online peer review systems of sci-tech journals,we analyze the operation status and discuss limitations of these systems and give some countermeasures.A manuscript review mode that combines a variety of communication approaches with online review is proposed in order to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of online review.
